VitalynLab is the seller and merchant of record for all purchases. Shopify is not a party to the transaction between you and VitalynLab and bears no responsibility for your order, payment, or fulfillment.

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

VitalynLab fulfills all orders through a third-party supplier based in China. Estimated shipping times are 7–10 business days from order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, customs processing, and external carrier factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. VitalynLab is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
